What?
TWJC stands for Tunbridge Wells Juggling Club. Not to be confused with the Tunbridge Wells Jazz Club, The Windsor Jeep Club, Transit Workers for a Just Contract or the Textile Worker's Joint Comittee. Occasionally we will stick an 'R' in front, in which case it stands for 'Royal'.
Where?
In the main hall of the Camden Centre in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK.

Tel: (01892) 521384
The place is right next to the market square. Those nice people at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have an excellent map in PDF format which is free to download from here (select Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Centre Street Map (A3)). You'll find the Camden Centre in the top left of square D4. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the map.
When?
We meet every Tuesday night from 7.30pm to 9.30pm & you're welcome to join us for a drink in the pub afterwards too.
To do what?
To juggle! If you don't have your own stuff we have loads of equipment for you to use including balls, clubs, rings, diabolos, devilsticks, cigar boxes, spinning plates, lasso ropes, stilts, unicycles, a walking globe, a freestanding ladder & even a tightrope rig! We will teach anyone anything (so long as we can actually do it), we also share ideas, swap tricks, play games, chat, laugh & have lots of fun. We go to conventions, shows & other group outings & we occasionally get professional jugglers & other artistes in to run workshops too.
Okay, how much?
Unfortunately we're not free, we have to hire our hall, pay for equipment & insurance etc.
Entrance is £2.50 for members & £3.00 for non members.
Membership costs £5.00 for under 16s & £7.00 if you're 16 or over & lasts for 1 year from the 1st of January to the 1st of January. If you decide to buy membership after the 1st of January you will be charged pro rata rather than the full amount. eg. If you join at the beginning of July (halfway through the year) you will only pay £2.50 if you are a child or £3.50 if you are an adult.
Who can I contact?
If you have any queries the people below are more than happy to help you. So if you want to know something about anything at all & we mean anything, get in touch. You are much more likely to get a sensible answer from us if you ask about our club though!
